Well.....first off glad there seems to be some closure, at least on the engine side of things.
Did the dealer give it a once over to make sure everything else appeared ok?
Have you gotten a manual for it yet? If not please do as soon as you can. Even if you have the dealer print some particulars off SIS. Fluid capacities, types, check/fill locations etc.
Check every single fluid before you work it. I'd warm it up good, then work it about 75% for a couple hours watching gauges closely, listening closely etc. Jump off every so often to check for leaks. If you have an infrared thermometer shoot some temps each time you jump off to check things.
If all sounds well, feels normal, no fluids leaking, temps are good then give her hell. After the first heat cycle, check all the hose clamps and bolts to make sure they're tight, make sure belt tension is good-stuff like that, double check oil level, coolant level etc. Might even double check freezing point of antifreeze.
They had their hands on a lot. Your job now as you break it in is to keep an eye out in the event they overlooked something. Hell if you can reach the drain plug make sure it's tight.
Good luck!
