Ever try a 50/50 mix of acetone and ATF as a penetrating oil? Might do the trick there.Try taking the final drive covers off the Spicer axles in telehandlers. The 10 wheel nuts hold it all together but there are 2 tapered head countersunk bolts that hold the covers on when the wheels are off. They lock so hard in the taper most times you're stuck drilling the heads off. After that just spin the bolt shank out of the housing by hand.
Work has been crazy. Not a lot of government work, but people are spending their vacation money on home renos. prepared a $52000 driveway for asphalt last week. Hard to keep up. Covid is pretty much non existent now. Wife put me on a diet. Started losing weight, so I started getting up at 4AM to walk the dog before work. started feeling good, lost 20 pounds, my mind was getting clearer, so I went out and bought new sneakers, and decided to take up jogging again. 4 days in, my knees were toast, couldn't even walk.Doc said if you were 20 and over weight, I'd say go for it. But you need to lose about 60 pounds first... stick with the walking...first time I've been told to exercise less.
We got hit hard last night. Holy geeze there was a lightning flash about every 5 seconds steady!I think anybody doing landscaping or dirt work in Edmonton and area is hooped for a while with the non stop rain.
Hell even at 20 it's hard! I was early 20's when I got fed up and wanted to drop some weight, I remember going on a hard run, I bet it took me 30 minutes before I finally caught my breath, I pushed myself insanely hard but I dropped from about 290 to 230 in like 6 months, sadly crap happened and put it back on faster then it came off. I'm back at it at 30 and a little wiser. I bought a treadmill and only doing fast walks still, I find I keep at it better if I just do say 4 mph for an hour that way i'm not sore the next day. It's amazing how much easier it is on your joints on a treadmill too. Only a few weeks in, but I think this will finally be the time I stick to it. But I agree, I felt incredible at 230 and everyone noticed you feel so much better as you drop weight. Pop/slurpees are my kryptonite though....
Work is really slow so at least have more time to cook at home and eat healthy which is a plus. But this working 1 day a week cannot last the whole summer.
Don't want the non-stop rain but here in Central NY we could use some rain. Lawns are turning brown and the only thing that is growing is the weeds and even they don't look good.I think anybody doing landscaping or dirt work in Edmonton and area is hooped for a while with the non stop rain.

I was 25 when I started running. 750 meters around the block had me hacking up a lung for 3 days. I just can't do the treadmill. No wind to cool me down and the lack of scenery bores me lol.
I just watch TV, more entertaining then what's outside, and my treadmill has a fan! The biggest thing is it's so easy just to get on it anytime, no concerns about rain, snow or whatever.
