I had never seen the White logo on an engine before
I found an old engine block in the woods, it said White Super Power on it. I doubt that would fly these days!
I had no idea turbines were tried in trucks. I knew they were used in locomotives but costs drove them out.
What year was that taken, what fuel did it burn, why was it being tried, and how did it pan out?
Also, how loud was it?
Ford had a futuristic Turbine truck around that same era too. Looked like a motorhome with a semi trailer.gm had a rather wild looking one also about 64/ 65 ----- guess it was 66. pictures and stories at macs motor city garage, can`t get a link to work
