Just be careful with those rawhide chews! If a dog is too good of a chewer they can tear off too big a piece at a time and then it can cause intestinal problems. Each dog is different so just keep an eye on them.
We had a "problem" with a couple dogs a few years back, a Lab mix and a Greyhound. Gave both rawhide chews and they started getting too into it so wife said maybe we need to give them a break. She took the chew from the Lab mix no problem. Then I made the mistake of not getting the full attention of the Greyhound. When I took the chew he decided next best thing was my right forearm. Well Lab mix decided to come to dad's rescue and despite the Grey being twice her size she soon had him under control but not before doing serious damage to the front legs of the Grey. You know those picture with blood spurting out a foot or more with each heart beat that's what we had on the bedroom rug. My arm was just a gentile drip! Off to Vet ER and got the stitches in Grey, four or five as I recall!
Dogs got over it after a few days and Grey took a little time to warm up to me again. I think he thought I was mad at him, but I knew it was all my fault.
