Were Autocar and Western Stars part of the White family of trucks at one time?

Correct-White owned or had their fingers in just about every make at one time except PacCar.

This 1973 Star originally belonged to Bennet Logging in Lewiston Id. Was light green & white. I bought it
for $9,000 in 1997. It had a small cam 350 that I re-rated to CPL 695 {400 Magnum} Eaton 380's on
beam biscuit. The frame was tough to drill.

Forgot to say the Ford was a single axle truck and when they went north to Babine lake they wanted 2 tandem trucks. Linds found some Mack bogies and installed them.

Ford had very little damage itself, was used for a year longer the replaced with bigger truck and trailer
