found a complete 1693 cat with alum frame cutoff rad and all what is it worth
says its not stuck but didnt have time to check out??????????
Lets see, Armstrong steering, a 12v71, lots and lots of missing 'stuff' with a military wrecker/crane boom rear. I am surprised Junkyard is not in transit on that one!! That would be a lifetime of work to get anywhere NEAR to driveable!!
Why would you NEED all 13? I've driven 3 trucks with 12V71's and they were pretty torquey if you ask me. One was a lowboy tractor at 150k# plus. Had a 10x4 trans and I only used the brownie to get things rolling or an extra split on hills. with 80K it was like driving a passenger car. I preferred the 12 over the 400 small cam Cummins. It all depended on how you handled it.Surprised Junkyard isn't landing on that, he has a similar boom on his A-car, military wrecker/crane. 12V71, I shudder to think of trying to get that functional!! And you would NEED all thirteen in that box!
Love the Muppets look-alikes, I have fond memories of two just like them in a truck shop setting!!
