Most of what you will be paying your man to do will be easy . Check to see if motor is seized > drain , clean diesel tank > check flow to filter > replace filter if you can or just flush if you can't replace > prime injector pump , pump diesel through it abit to flush it > CHECK ENGIN OIL LEVEL , RADIATOR LEVEL and GEARBOX oil > sort batteries > Check for bird and rat nests . Sit in seat , if its much the same as an HD5 there should be a peddle on the floor , left side for the starter I think . note ... be ready to disconect battery in case something sticks . Turn her over for a little while without throttle to oil her , Give her half throttle , a little wiff of starter fluid > start her . Best of luck . The ram spears look good and the plates look like the chains are in pitch with some wear on the plates , thats alright . All the oils will have to be changed before working it , no sense in doing that unless they are showing water before the starting . Others may have bits to add to what I have written .
