Lanita Trucking

Ok here is another great fleet of trucks owned by my friend Larry and Scott Diller. They run LTL loads on there flats and stepdecks, out of Myerstown, PA. The Diller's are great people and have a bunch of top notch equipment. They only have 7 or 8 fleet trucks and some leased on O/O... there is only 3 stipulations working for Lanita, you must like Red, KW's and pulling flatbeds...

Scott and Larry both like to build show trucks, they built this truck in 06 and named it Tequila Sunrise... sad to say they sold the truck in 08 to a guy in MD... But be on the lookout for Red Dawn, there newest KW 900 A model, not quite done yet but it's going to be a show stopper for sure...

hey tonka i kinda interested in starting a small trucking operstion specializing in ltl flat, step and RGN work. i was wonder does lanita get most of their work from shippers or do they use a lot of brokers?

While on my way to St Louis I stopped in Salt Lake and spotted an interesting looking truck. When I got closer I realized that it was an old autocar. It was sitting in a motel parking lot with no driver around so I just snapped a couple pics (and drooled a little bit) before going to get some lunch, it was gone by the time I came back.

hey tonka, would you happen to have some picyures or know any information on a burnt orange/rust color peterbilt tri axle with a 70in bunk that pulls an RGN and i believe the truck is from penn. i belive the owners name i john, any pics of the truck would be appreacted.

Sure, John Stoltzfus out of Honey Brook Pa is a friend of mine... Joe and Shaggy, over at CSM built the truck for John... yes it was a cover truck @ LCM...

Sure Tom, i used to pull a cozad narrow neck 16 tire for ALW in fresno, are they still around?

Here is my IRISH brother Eugene, or Wild Irish Rover...and his Pete 352 COE with a V8 Driptriot.... he started out haulin a flat then moved to haulin shoprite stuff, now beer cans...empty...lol

Yeah its out of that genaral area, Geno lives in Cornwall NY. He bought another truck and this one sits most of the time, fuel mileage isnt that good in it...
