I wish my '94 580sk looked as good as the one on the last page, but the last owner probably has the same issue as me it won't fit in the barn with out stretching out the hoe...

Currently have the hood and the rear backhoe bodywork still off from when I had the hoe off to split the tractor and do a ring and pinion. Thinking I will need to rebuild the backhoe spools soon. I could/should put the hood on.. but its a real PITA.

Here it is 97 JCB
I know the stack is turned the previous owner has it on there in a funny way. One of the many things that needs attention.

I like how you guys across the pond carry your rear backhoe buckets in the 4 in 1, pretty neat.:)

Last year When I bought this 69 Case with a 33 hoe the owner knew that clean and painted would make me want it. Plus he is a pilot instructor and those guys are particular in a good way. This TLB is an old worker with lots of hours and a few leaks and squeaks but a worker for sure.

Curious what paint you used. I think this is the best looking 580CK that I've ever seen. I think it looks much better than the bright yellow which I used in the past.

thx

Sweet digger, fordtrucknut! I sure do enjoy mine (both working it and sometimes working on it) I think these machines are in thier prime as far as being afordable, having decent power, and acess to parts/ being able tinker with and fix.

Nice backhoe! Just picked up a '64. Pretty good shape (not as good a yours) , but I hope to put it to use soon.
Do you have any feedback on yours ? How is it to operate ? Problems ? Praises ?

Putting the hood back on. The exhaust pipe is welded to the muffler so have to lift the hood over the end of the pipe. It's too heavy for me alone. A little green mechanical helper does the job.
