Grove amz50 HELP!

I recently purchased a property that came with a grove amz50. The lift appears to be in good shape 2500hrs on the meter. It fired right up but I have no controls. Throttle responds to control inputs but no movement anywhere. When I came to the machine the hydro was drained. I added new fluid. Pressure gauge on tank shows some pressure and I can see fluid circulating in the tank. Where do I begin?

No movement as far as driving the machine or basket movement? or both?

Are there two sets of controls, one in the basket on one by the engine?
