Long time listener first time posting. I've got a Gehl RS6-42 Telehandler with the 4045T John Deere 4.5 Liter. It was rented to a customer for majority of this past summer. He notified us that it would not start, ended up bleeding fuel system at the injectors & it solved the problem. (To be more specific I actually only cracked the fuel line on the Injector located at the very back of the machine. I'm by myself so i opened the line then get in machine crank until i saw fuel misting out walked around tightened the fitting, it was coming out with so much pressure i went ahead and just tried it, and sure enough it fired right up. It seemed to be smoking a little more than usual, (Black Smoke) before you had to put a little load on it to see smoke, but after getting it started it smoked while just driving it around the jobsite and was a little "sluggish" in regards to throttle response not a lot but it would take 2-3 seconds after floor boarding the throttle before it would wind up and come out of it. The smoke would die off as it would build rpms, but it would absolutely pour out of it during those 2-3 seconds. The following day I got the same phone call wouldn't start, I repeated the same process as mentioned above, and it fired right up again just like the day before. I Took it for a 20 - 30 minute drive while shutting it off and starting it up a handful of times with no issues. We brought it back to the shop and its been 3-4 weeks since we brought it back, I just got around to working on it, and can't get it to start at all. I tried bleeding air out of the fuel lines like before, but its barely getting fuel to the injectors. The injector located at the rear of the machine has a lot more pressure compared to the other 3, you can hear it pumping while cranking and when you finally get fuel coming out of this particular injector it sprays out with pressure. The remaining 3 you can't hear it at all while cranking, and fuel barely drizzles out of the line while bleeding. I've Replaced the fuel filter, while replacing I disconnected the line coming from the tank and blew air into the line back towards the fuel tank, Without any success. This is all I've done so far I appreciate any comments regarding this issue,Telehandler_Engine_Info.jpgTelehandler_Engine_ECM.jpg Thank You.
