Fermeco 960 no control

I have problem with my backhoe loader Fermeco 960,98 year, buzzer ring and alarm is on, I don't have control with joystick, there is electric joystick on machine, problem started after I washed machine, please help ?

If you can put it inside put a heater on it and make sure it is dry tiring to work on it wet will just make things worse .

after it is dry you could spray it with an electronics cleaner, that will help push the water out (if you know the relay/electrical component you "need" to dry).
