I started working on this machine some couple of days back, on the right track if you view the machine from the operators cabin.the problem is all the implement is fine bucket, stick and boom to be more precise but the right tracking is very slow hard to even move on a level ground. Done some couple of troubleshooting such as exchanging the 2 drive Motor, rekitting the center joint (swivel) as well as Interchanging the 2 valve from beneath the operator's pedal but to no avail, tho I didn't check any pressure because on Ma way to the job site My tetra Gauge got smashed on. I rule out the possibility of the main Hyd pump being faulty cos I see all the implement from the 2 pump working fine.pls help but can't get a gauge from here have to back to Nigeria as I'm now in Cameroon. Thanks to you y'all.

But again, with a new rebuild swivel and Interchanging the 2 drive Motor with each other didn't rule out the case drain test? Just curious though.

If you swapped complete travel motors and the problem stayed on the same side then the problem is not in a motor. It could still be in the swivel though.

Without going too deep into how the system operates have you tried travelling the machine and operating a function (like stick in or out) at the same time. Does that make any difference to the operation of the “weak” travel motor.?

Regarding the swivel. Did you re-seal it yourself.? What was the condition of the housing and the spindle like as regards corrosion.? Is there any possibility that you cut a seal during reassembly.?

I reassemble it myself and give outmost attention while fixing the swivel as to clear my mind off that area once and for all. And yes I just did that now operating the faulty track with the boom both in and out, same thing with the stick in and out.
Thanks a bunch..

I checked the final drive as well but couldn't come up with anything as all the planetary gears a all good. Even swipe the valve beneath travel pedal to see if one Is is faulty.I'm thinking about swapping the crossover valve to see buh it's seems to me the both are not the same because another mechanic changed the travel motor once.also I'm beginning to think of the previous mechanic temper with hxudrauli pilot hoses.
