Cat 963c two speed not working moves slow

I wouldn’t condemn the Ecm just yet I would check the wiring to monitor first
I have visually inspected wire harness to the dash it looks great as far as I see no bare wires nothing to suggest damage at least visually anyway is there a way too test the ECM

They look good I’m really starting to wonder if just not moving fast enough to show speed seen in book that it will display 00 if moving below level 3 and I’d say I’m definitely below or right at it it’s pretty much walking pace

You could try adjusting the sensors in a little at a time. As noted above though, go easy as the gear has a fair bit of wobble without the axle installed.

Another thought on the sync valve (taps for drive pressure are on top) there are two stems sticking on front side. They are tow valves they have about a 3/4 nut on them and a Allen drive loosen the nut and make sure they are in the whole way don’t get carried away they just go in till they bottom if you loosen the nut and it doesn’t turn in your good

Ok will try that in bit I did gps it and it’s only going 2mph full out

Checked brake pressure it’s at zero until machine moves then runs up to about 390 until machine stops . Where do I check over ride pressure at I don’t see test port on the block

Also tested the left forward left reverse right forward and right reverse pressures at high idle full speed and they all show 200psi

Do I remove this and put my own test port in to check or am I missing something there is no test port labeled ovrd just this one in picture with wires
