    1997 1900 DC issues

    I run a 1900dc when autos are on the left side jumps up and down erratically. Moba controllers and it seems it is always searching. We switched the solenoids and the right side started to jump. We got 2 new solenoids and it didn't fix the problem? Anyone ever encounter this problem? Yes we...

    Material left behind

    Having a huge problem with material left behind with our older Wirtgens. We run 2 Wirtgen 1000 and a 1900dc and a 1200f all of em leave lots of material behind. They are older machines and the back ends are a lil sloppy i was also tld teeth positioning can be a problem if they are angled out...

    MULTIPLEX - Do you use them?

    Hey just a question. We run an older W1900 ('97 i do believe) and thinking about getting a Multiplex for it when we are milling from Curb to Curb. Any suggestions from the pros? Oh and buying a new mill is not an option atm.

    Hi there new to forum and milling. We do alot of Municipality work and constantly are running into burried Manholes/valve boxes. I read about someone talking about metal detectors on the machine.
