Well found my Round Tuit and the nerve to finally check as been fearful would be really bad
All within spec and within Cat tolerance of .001 across entire deck
All .002s were heavy but not quite to .0025 & .0035s lighter than noted but marked as such.

For the low ones just put a 3/8 round bead of Blue Glue on them and let set for five minutes before installing heads and you should be good to go!:D

i assume after you plunked the liners in that you spun them back and forth in place before you clamped them? just saying this to benefit anybody who's following this in-frame and does not have much experience. unless they are lower press-fit or upper press-fit or similar

Got brave today, been practicing the Spool Gun for Aluminum
Welded in the two threaded bungs purchased a while back. Will be Less porous than the previous repair and last considerably better. Tank fittings threaded right in. Still have to dress the gauge hole cover seat point.

Is far better than this, Return eaten away and standpipe bore cracked and corroded.

May appear as Bird Poop but is tight.

Those coolers were a cold weather option, except in some cases truck salesman would spec every truck with that type. It was probably leaking a small amount. Eaton also built FRO 16210C's 10 spd
with a internal engine coolant cooler built into the bottom of transmission case.

Bought the Air Cooled unit, looking to situate it out of the way but open enough the old style will not be returned to the Tans Top. The Western Star I am currently in has one mounted directly behind the cab on top of frame.

Had entire day off, received my Second CV19 vaccination today, thought would be uneventful not so. PCs went down or Mainframe recycled as first entered, had to wait twenty minutes for all to come back online then could not locate my record, misplaced a Numeral in birthdate typing. Shot was least obtrusive now dealing with angered arthritis.

My second shot was not fun. 14 hours, no reaction, then chills, sweats, achy everywhere. My skin hurt. Sounds strange, but taking off a shirt was like road rash! For 24 hours I had to PUSH to do anything, then symptoms started to subside. 48 hours from injection I was back to normal.

I thought got away with no side effects but realized by the third day I was feeling like I had before bypass surgery. I had no energy I was contemplating calling my cardiologist when my wife told me fatigue was a side effect. took about a week but just feeling run down sounds like I got off easy

No doubt!
As to being up, is a normal for me to have to get up and walk stiff or stuck parts out about 4-5 hours in bed, much of which is not asleep
Still no effects cutting in other than shoulder injection site a bit sore

Spoke WAY too soon
Went to work yesterday was a little achier than usual where by 11 it was full on
Every joint with arthritis every routine use muscle ached BADLY
Eyes felt swollen and sore even my skin hurt
Wife took temp was only 100.4 but I am usually 97 something.
Worked all full day off at 5
Got home had a toasted cheese sandwich a glass of water and in bed by 6:30. Up at usual midnite felt some better up now and aches have receded back to normal, temp is 98.2 only now feel spent no energy. Had a bowl of cereal a banana and my coffee with normal meds.
Not going into work. Will call in at 6:30.
Is raining pretty steady where not gonna get much done anyway.

Mrs. B complained her eyes hurt after she got Johnson & Johnson along with other symptoms. I thought that didn't make sense, but I hear that's common.
