I was wondering how that was going to work... they counterfeit our currency, tell us what a great job they're doing by giving it to us, then make us pay it back???...

After removed turds sanded and inspected block deck the where cleaning internally will be the most tedious process.

When I prime a engine oil system, I use the bulk oil metering gun on the hose reel. Remove the twist nozzle on end and have JIC fittings for gun and block.
Pumps the oil system full in no time.

My old tank was a used, cleaned out and fitting welded in, less than OSHA or ASME Qualified LP pressure tank with a Standpipe set in it. Took us three tries to get it pressure tight using a Lincoln Tombstone welder then Sealing the porous welds with brass and a Gas Axe over 35 years ago. Sat in my barn since bought the place in 2009, got really corrupted and I just could not risk using it again, went to scrap. Used lube oil guns in a Garage in OFallon MO years ago, similarly with a box of random assorted fittings. This will last the rest of my lifetime, into someone else's. 8 qt.
