I have a Kobelco SR 60/70 Ser# YT03-05617 in need of the following parts.
Door - Part # YT51CO1OO1P1
Glass - Part # YT02C01073P1
Right Side Panel - Part # YT21C01199F1
Lower Right Side Panel - Part # YT21C01147F1

I also have a Kobelco SK290 Ser# LB03-U0289 in need of the right rear door & the exterior strip panel that goes below that door.
The door is Part # LB21C01008F1
I'm not sure on the part number for the panel below the door.
Sorry no pictures of the 290 on my home computer.

I can get them from the local dealer, but would prefer used. Will paint & replace stickers if needed.

Hi. I have a mid 1990's kobelco 035. The left hand control stopped functioning properly. It feels stiff in all directions, and only moves the boom/slew at maximum movement in whichever direction it is moved (and then slowly). At times there is a noise from the control area hissing (no leaks). I have changed right and left control units and still same problem on the left. I have cleaned the filter on the pressure input to the hand control, no sign of any debri there. Is there some kind of a pressure regulating valve which could have failed to the hand control?

Run it until working temp., then w/temp infrared gun check for hotest spot on big valve assembly under floor board, looking for stuck relif or pressure reg. valve

I have this Excavator model: SK135SR (Kobelco) which is showing an issue `Governor motor current fail' and 'Governor motor starting point indexing fail'. Any solutions or the cause of this issue. Thank you

Welcome to HEF digger79. I don't know myself how to troubleshoot your problem, but just wanted to say I typically disconnect the connectors to P1 and P2 solenoids and swap them, see if the fault changes. Also, I've had problems with the connector where it snaps to the proportional solenoids, the socket that meets up with the pin on the solenoid gets worn and doesn't make a reliable connection. Had an SK250 that P2 solenoid kept going offline, then back on, then back off. Disconnect the connector, gripped the two flat pins in the solenoid connection and gave the pins a slight twist. Popped the harness connector back in and haven't had a problem with it since.

I don't know nothig about you machine but have you check the basic? If electric fuel lift pump>make sure theres no air leak before the pump and check flow after pump, if injection pump is totaly mechanic check oil leve if above normal suspect seals at injection pump also if shut off valve is not stuck half way, disconect return line after last injector if good flow= injection pump ok, check air intake no restrictions, some times trash gets in the lines from injection pump to injectors or/ and lift pump to injection pump, also check for restrictions after hydraulic pump if direct drive by the engine this my keep it from turning rigth. hope this help u, u may want to ask for Mrkobelco he supoust to be a kobelco tech with accses to info

Sounds like you've done your homework. Sadly, I can't tell you where to go next if you've taken all those steps. :beatsme

I hate to bring bad news digger79 but i've seen this on mark six's before and I believe the trouble is in the controller itself, I've never been able to repair one, just replace. wes
