    Future 99 Corridor

Those pictures remind me of when we were putting our 5110 togather. The best we ever did with that machine was 463 loads in a 10 hour day.It was loading Cat 773's.We had put sideboards on our bucket. It went from a 10 yds to a thirteen yard machine.

From my point of view,I would have to say you made the right move.Over the years we have had both D155,D8H,D8K,D8L.If you are looking the move the most amount of dirt in a day you would want the D8L then the D155.The 155's will out push any of the D8's except for the D8L.We had them in a push...

    500ton trucks...

I was always told that what was limiting the making of a bigger truck was that it was the size of the tires that would be needed. They can make them but they aren't able to transport them due to the size.

    Cat 641A/651A/657A Scrapers

Stretch, yes that was a company my grandfather stated back in the 20's,then my dad and his two brothers ran it and in 1997 my dad and me and my 2 brothers left and started Donald Durkin Const. But with the cheap prices and lack of work we decided to pack it in,we had a great run of it.
