Will give it a go.
Last time round I replaced four injectors to start with.
Ended up replacing the other two as it was really hard to start especially on a cold morning

That's not typical for a HEUI engine. Generally injectors with high leakage or a pump that's starting to go out cause more problems for starting when the engine is at normal operating temperature (because thin oil leaks faster) than they do when cold.
I don't want to jinx things but you may have something else going on.

Right
Two new injectors fixed it.
I was trying to save a dollar by running the two old ones.
One of those injectors had 11500 hours on it, it was an original injector had survived three pump failures.
Makes the 1200 hrs look pretty poor.
HEUI injectors GOOD
HEUI pumps CRAP
