Have you gone through and set your pressures. In other words, did you increase your main beyond port settings, set all your port reliefs and re-establish main. If you have a weak port relief it could be competing with the main. The only thing that is gonna cause pressures to increase is a restriction or obstruction at the main or port, such as you had reported finding earlier.

I would inspect your main relief for debris and turn it down a bit.
Could be port plate separation in pump at high pressure. That’s when the barrel lifts off the port plate at high pressure. Check your case drain pressure while this is happening. When the plate separates you will see a spike in case drain flow.

results--- pulled main valve, took apart tip has small screen, real small, took apart an cleaned and backed off 3/4 turn, installed, no noise stick in, but pressure way to low[did not know how sensitive it was] removed and backed off 1/8th inch was at 5k so I pulled again and backed off smidge more now full retract on stick and hold is 4800 and specs call for 4920, but no change stick full retract or boom full up is exactly the same chirp and needle drop just like was on video Bad relief?

Check case drain pressure or flow on pump when noise occurs.

You could just take the case drain hose and extend it with another hose so you can run the case drain into the top of the tank or into a pail. The flow will be very little ( A couple gallons a minute )unless there’s a problem.

Causes of port plate separation are many. Weak barrel spring , uneven barrel contact , loose bearings , warped plate, over pressure, case pressure, viscosity wrong.
The only thing we know for sure about your pump is that it has not been rebuilt and may be a core return from someone who was having problems with it on their machine.

seems strange it is doing exactly the same as other pump started, my thoughts are something is out of whack that ''controls'' pump, this pump has way way more power than my old one ever had, can wind it to wot and use all functions and no noise now that I fixed the standby pressure issue, but hold it full open on dual pump functions it will chirp, took it to dig place and if you load it hard hard it will chirp, that is how this all started had the big heavy rake on pulling palmetto's out when it started, ordered a new cat prv this morning just in case it is out of whack, it calibrated and passed with ET but who knows? will try the case drain to bucket deal in morning,

Sorry. Im just tryi ng to make the best of tricky troubleshooting without hands on testing .
The case drain test is about a 15 minute procedure that should comfirm whether or not we can rule out the pump .
