not to hijack...but i was up in Butler 2 weeks ago...and i saw LEO's pulling over landscapers/small excavators...must be checking since the chipper accident...
are you north hills guys seeing more of that?

Just saw something on the evening news tonight saying that the state police/DOT will begin "roving patrols" next month specifically targeting guys towing heavy equipment as a result of this accident. I'm surprised it took them so long.

Make sure your stuff is in order (just like it always should be).

I remember the whole test thing, got to the emergency stop and thats when the tester finally picked up his clip board, thought i was done right then and there.
