If the hydraulic controls work poorly, slowly, the problem is either from the gaskets in the hydraulic cylinders that are worn, or inside the PHS valves.
I had both problems, and look what breaks inside the valves, for those who don't know.
Those rings give way and the pressure is released.
It's a little tricky to get to them because the circuit strip has to be removed, and after repair it has to be re-soldered
