Auction is next week- got your bidder #, or maybe you don't even want to know?
Ahh, it is what it is crane op. But to be sure, hell yeah I miss that truck, I had some awesome adventures in that rig, great memories indeed. One thing I loved was that 30 gallon pressurized water tank I fitted, that was a cool addition. But, life goes on, and I'm still happy as a hardwood tree.

Well you took care of it, and it showed because it brought good $ at auction. And sometimes that doesn't happen at auction.

Yep, and that truck is worth every penny of that, it was a decked out rig, just put your tools on it and go to work. Of course I've moved on to a new job, but I wager the former boss is cheered with what it went for at Ritchie Auction. Someone got themselves a nice truck.

I'm happy to see that it did well! Hope it went to someone who treats it as well you did.

That is what you call hitting a home run at auction! I'll bet he is tickled.

I had a D8R do that one time; brought $40,000 more than what I was asking.

It may sound a bit harsh and it doesn't fit this particular sale but the usual comment from a franchised equipment dealer is "no one can generate the mass stupidity of an auction."

I am guessing $127,000 must have been really close to the new retail price of that truck in 2008....TIO

You may be correct TIO, all I can say is the way that truck is set up with all the features fitted, prolly well over 150 grand today.

That's not just a truck like mine on the Curry website, that is my truck.
