So, I just snagged myself a Hyster Challenger HE50 UE30 YE40 forklift (gas and diesel version) on the cheap, but man, it’s giving me some headaches already—engine’s acting funky and I’m pretty sure the transmission’s got issues too. I’m dying to get my hands on the service manual to figure this thing out and get it running smooth.
I’ve poked around Jensales and Repairmanual.com, but they’re asking $50–$60 for it, and I’m trying to save some bucks after dropping cash on the machine itself. Anyone got a line on a free PDF floating around out there? Or maybe you’ve got a copy you could hook me up with? I’d even take a tip on where to dig—old forums, libraries, whatever. This old beast ain’t super common, so I’m hoping someone here’s got the goods.
