Put pipes under it when you load it, then when onsite, back up and tap them brakes briskly.......

Almost 50 years ago, an old timer told me when he was young, he was a hod carrier. When the truck load of bricks came in, the driver would grab a stack of several bricks and drop/throw them off the truck and the guy on the ground better catch them. He said it was a job for young strong men....
