Allied feller buncher

Here's some pics of an Allied feller buncher I caught a few years ago, Redwood Climber asked for some more pics so here is what I have. I only had a few pics since I was more interested in the yarders.

In the last year or so this machine has been moved over to the Camp 18 Logging Museum on the north Oregon coast.today 063.jpgtoday 061.jpgtoday 057.jpgtoday 058.jpg

Cat 325FM and older Cat 322. Both machine are working around Salmo BC. The 322 has the US style riser cab - pretty unusual around here... The 325FM has a powerclam with a stabilizer for long log loading.

hows the old hitachi been for a machine since the problems been fixed?

It's been really great! I haven't used it all that much but my dad used it a fair bit, and he says it's working great. Here my fiance is taking a keen interest a few weeks ago, I couldn't get her off this thing!

And here's my Hein Werner still earning her keep after all these years!

Can't remember if I posted these before or not... An old Barko in northern BC and a Cat 235 at a camp I was at...

Some stroke delimbers and shovels

Found several shovel logging sides along with a TSY255 yarder side on the north Oregon coast a few weeks ago.Arch Cape Logging Nov 2012 238.jpgArch Cape Logging Nov 2012 014.jpgArch Cape Logging Nov 2012 091.jpgArch Cape Logging Nov 2012 224.jpgArch Cape Logging Nov 2012 227.jpg
