Just Bought a LS-78 The owner just fixed a broken hose under it and added oil. Now I need to move it and it wont travel it will spin around . When you try to move you never here the engine pull down Thanks For Your Help

Do you have a photo of the machine. For some reason I'm thinking a LS78 is a friction crane.
