Just Bought a LS-78 The owner just fixed a broken hose under it and added oil. Now I need to move it and it wont travel it will spin around . When you try to move you never here the engine pull down Thanks For Your Help

I don't think those have independent swing and travel, so if you have swing, you need to switch it to travel.
