Does Anyone know what max bucket would be on a 108 for dragline duty? Is 2 c/y possible? Looking at a job in a pit and that's a requirement.

That would depend on the length of boom and the type of material you are handling. The machine in my avatar is about the same size but has less counter weight and I ran it with a sixty foot boom and could only handle a 3/4 yard bucket. We were working with coal slurry back then which was wet wash plant fines. I had the boom at around 50 degrees all the time.
