Komatsu PC 160-7 slow hydraulics

I have a 2004 komatsu pc 160-7 over the summer my hydraulics have gotten really slow most noticeable is boom up while using any other control in combo . I need to eliminate all possible problems before i spend the money for a new pump . any help is appreciated. Also I need a service manual for this machine could someone point me in the right direction . Thanks

check damper case oil level, if its overful it will act up.
clean speed sensor in damper case housing. between flywheel and pump drive, pull sensor out and check for debris on it.

Look for small strainer in a banjo bolt on the fuel priming pump.
