How can there be no warranty on that pump? Has to be some recourse with it.
Kubota minis have designated rigging points marked, look on the digger boom, at the top of the arch, those are two. The other two are also marked, in the rear. Not that you did it wrong, just not the way the Kubota whiz kids planned it, but you probably have a lot more time in the op seat then they do!
I cheat a bit. I'll use a couple of 5ft synthetic slings shackled to the blade, and just chuck a hook onto them and another hook onto a shackle to the boom. Comes up perfect on a digger that size, up to 3t.So I grabbed it by the blade and the lugs on the track frames. This little unit is a hard used rental, and I didn't see any other places marked. It was actually back heavy, not boom heavy, so I couldn't really see it getting away from me.
I do see what you're talking about on the arm, but I just leveled it with a pair of shackles, and kind of put the boom out until it hung straight. Isn't it nice when they put designed pick points on something, only they are over 4' different in height? Good luck on guessing that for rigging length.
I've done some larger ones without lift points, and usually I'll just grab the track frames, and if they have a bigger stick, I'll put another line on the stick.
I put arrows on this web picture where I grabbed it, where's the other pick points on the rear? You own something like this if I remember right.
