Had to put some hot tubs on the bottom floor of some two story decks. Unfortunately the c frame I built for the big rocks was too short. This one's a little longer but not as heavily built. The c had to be above the top floor roof and it worked out just fine.

I built a x frame "spreader" with a swivel to fit under the c frame, there wasn't a lot of room under the upper floor.

Loaded up a some old railroad wheel repair equipment, its headed to the scrapper. There was a turrent lathe, a vertical betts wheel lathe, and a wheel press. The old betts was heavy, like 26,000lbs.

Tree job, I buried the 100 ton in the yard, we got rained on before getting the last of the trunk out. Yard is flat and when I got off my mats it just sunk on down. We went back the next week and filled in the ruts. Shin to knee deep, wasn't dragging pumpkins, but close.

Putting swing stage up on a resort building. They are painting the upper green portion of the steel roof. Building was new in 2007 and the paint is flaking off a lot of it. They repainted this side from lifts, but no access to the rest of the building, so angel carts off scaffolding on the roof is the plan.

We were trying to beat a thunderstorm, so I didn't put the jib on like I had planned, I put the rusty eyeball on it and thought "main should reach that". It was a little taller than I thought, but I had just enough reach. It started raining as we were pulling out of the parking lot headed home.

Reinforcing a old church roof. Church had been added onto several times by "volunteer" carpenters, without much structural thought. This isn't fixing any of the roof problems, but it shouldn't get any worse.

40 ton RT lost steering/ brake assist pump. Lucky to get it loaded up and hauled home. Pulled pump and no splines left on the aux drive on the engine. Should have most of the parts by middle of next week. The swing gearbox is apart also for a leak between brake pack and gear reduction, after disassembly it needs a shaft too.

Had to unbolt motor/trans/dropbox and slide it around in the frame to pull the pump, going back in is going to be fun. We also pulled the front timing cover off, thinking we needed to time the aux drive, but after having it open, we didn't have to.

Had a "3 day" roofing job, turn into a week long roofing job. It was super hot that week (this week has been a nice cool down). By the 5th day, the roofers were drinking at 9am, and it didn't make things go faster.

Friend of mine is the landside support operator working on the fish diversion of a small dam. He's having a good time with that. It is that same kind of deal, no good access from the beach.
