Chasing power issues in hydraulic harness, does anyone have an actual wiring schematic for this?

Welcome to HEF Tim2001;)!

Need a complete machine serial number.

What is your issue? Codes?

Hydraulic harness? Could you please be more specific as to the location of the harness. With Deere, you will not get a complete schematic on one page. You can get a sub-system schematic on one page. That is why specific information is needed.

My apologies, pictures did not upload.
PIN and diagram of machine are attached.
Don’t necessarily need a schematic anymore, pulled the harness and everything checked out.
523217.06 and 523219.06 are the codes.
Hydraulic Valve Power 1&3 “out of range high.”
Locked out from boom and bucket functions.
Port lock solenoid has been bench tested, working within spec. A faulty connector at this solenoid gave us issues 3 months ago but it was operating as normal after it was fixed.
As of right now we don’t have power going to the harness that connects the pictured unit together.
Upon starting the machine, we have 13.1 volts flash while testing the port lock connection. In a split second it’s at 0.0 and said codes are present.
Currently awaiting $600 in manuals from JD.

523217.06 and 523219.06

The voltage for both those valve powers come from the same source. An FMI .06 is current too high which would indicating some sort of short. The power for those solenoids comes from the EMU (monitor) on that machine. Was the harness checked all the way back to there? What ohms did you measure on those solenoids?

If you unplug the solenoids and key on, does the code change?

Is this the same machine as Mower Man's post?

Yes, the harness was checked all the way back. Aside from dirt in the loom, the wires were very clean and showed no signs of freying/corrosion.

Measured 16 ohms on bucket solenoid, and 3.2 on boom solenoid.

Unplugged the code changes accordingly to whichever solenoid is taken out.

Spec for both those solenoids are 14.8 - 18.2 ohms. looks like your issue is the boom solenoid.
