New member here with a 318D and would really like to get a copy of that service manual, mine needs some help to bring her back to full service, thanks so much in advance.

First thing is to get her to sit still and find neutral when you want, next is to get the air conditioning to work and the list goes on.

New to this forum and have noticed how helpful most are. I also need to find the service manuals for a 318d and noticed you all share this information. I am experiencing a issue with the controls moving on there own and stalling the engine. It has become dangerous. If anyone has experienced this problem any advice would be greatly appreciated. Next time instead of piggybacking another thread you should have started your own thread.

Unfortunately you are not likely to get manuals for any John Deere without purchasing them. ToolKing might be the only one who might have it to share.

How about a machine serial number? Is this an "EH" machine? Mechanical controls? Any codes? When you say controls moving on their own do you mean the travel levers moving forward or backwards?

Thank you for your response..just new to this posting..will start my own with the pertinent information and additional serial numbers and codes if any. Yes you were right I just purchased the manual for the 318d online.
