Just bought a 318d at an auction and its a mess, any chance I could get that email of the manuals? Where is the best place for parts, like the quick tach assembly, and engine side panels, I have searched the bay, fb, and crookedlist. Hopefully I can get this thing to start today. Thanks a $mil. waldnernick@yahoo.com

Thanks for the manuals. Figured I would pay back what I learned from my 2010 318d manual controls John Deere issue.

hours: 4300
Diesel 24044ht or whatever it is.
problem: only the right stick reacted to movement, and brakes were locked up. No bucket, no boom. Found a coupler in the ‘hydra stat pump center manifold’ that connects the front and middle ‘pumps’ together was stripped out and was not allowing left stick or foot control pumps to work. Part was cheap at the dealership. Had to replace bearings that hold it in also because I beat the hell out of them getting them out. Took me, a non pro, about 3 hours total to do the job in my driveway. It actually took a lot longer but I also had to order new cab lift struts, and the coupler and bearings. And I also had to diagnose the problem.

Any questions feel free to ask.
