JLG 600S won’t lift from platform controls

Everything works at the main controls. Everything works from the platform controls EXCEPT main lift is very intermittent. The joystick is sending the command to the control board in the platform, however when selected to up it doesn’t even command the solenoid to open at the manifold. Some days it works flawlessly….others it won’t lift at all.

Check the harness down the boom anywhere it flexes. A few times I have seen wires break inside the harness where the platform rotates.
