How do combine operators know when to unload - from within their cab?

Some combine operators can't get their head around someone else in the process being more important than themselves.

Little known fact: The grain cart operator has the most important job on a harvest crew, and can be the difference between a zoo and a perfectly oiled machine. If they are paying attention, they should know when every combine is ready to dump, where every truck is at, and after the first round of trucks is complete, whether or not they have too many or not enough.

Really it all depends on crop yield-and a good farmer knows what he has and what type
of harvest it will be. Allot of bank out wagons around here are operated by 19 year olds.
There all in communication during harvest/combine operators tell them when to pull up
and load on the fly or to spot and wait. Because of the hilly ground here trucks have one
or two level loading areas for X amount of acreage then move to the next. All three pieces
of equipment are just as important as the next. None of it is really complicated-do your job
the best you can & don't tear sh!t up is the main requirement.
