Hitachi ZX 160LC-3 Power Loss Under Load

I've seen this before. There are what Hitachi calls overflow relief valves in the secondary fuel filter housing. It is not listed in service advisor but good parts guys can find them. The springs get weak and your fuel supply to your suction control valve does not provide enough fuel for you to maintain proper rail pressure.
