Help identify this drill rig please

This crawler drill rig was used to drill giant holes along with the Hitachi UH 122LC to help build a highway retaining wall. But I can't identify it's model and manufacturer.

It definitely isn't a modified Furukawa pneumatic rock drill. This crawler drill rig has an engine compartment mounted behind and it has a CFA auger for dirt only.

Video appears to be around the Seattle area. Some people on here may have worked on those projects.
