Incident Action Plan

I originally saw that video posted on a Wildland fire fighting site I belong to.
Or, the link, I guess I should say... I think the guy that posted it runs a train-
ing school in Colorado, and he comes up with some pretty good stuff. It's in
reference to what is known as an Incident Action Plan, or to use the gov.
acronym, an IAP. It's usually at 06:00...:(

I've watched it numerous times, and the only thing I can come up with, is the
guy that flopped over forgot to set the air ( pull the button ), when he got out...:confused: If you turn the volume up, it kinda sounds like the winch guy
is trying to " let go "...:eek: The trucker might have taking it out of gear and shut it down when he tipped over...:beatsme

Got SA ??... another fire saying... SA= situational awareness...;)
