Dose any one know to check how much boost a manual dt466 turbo is outputting and how much it should be pushing out, I've heard alot of different answers like 25-30, 40-45lb on stock trucks, im assuming 30lbs is right but I'm not sure, also it's having a problem of not spooling up at all I've even tried smaller turbos off the dt366 and it still won't spool, any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you check your air filters? Your fuel filters? Don't forget the trash strainer. Do you have a charged air cooler leak. How about the connections? Just places to start.
