Delphi dp200 power up

Hello everyone, I have a delphi dp200 model V8961A040W, like 165HP, and it have just like 3000h, and I want to get more power, like 180HP or 190HP,
What I need to do to make that happen the right way?? I read about moving shims, but I'm not familiar

U can’t do it..
There’s a “star bit” plug on the top cover.. and there’s a special tool that gets threaded in the cover with a very small socket on the end of it.
