Is there anyway to bypass the DEF system on a 2016 CAT 299D2. I am told that I probably need a new manifold, but that they are out of stock and back ordered for the whole US. My machine keeps throttling down to 1200 RPM after a few minutes and popping up with Code 3516-11 ACU Catalyst Reagent Concentration
