We have locks on engine, hyd. and trans. compartments as Iam terrified that someone will empty a fire extinguisher into one.
More often than not, we leave fuel tanks unlocked, figuring that it is better to lose some fuel rather than have them stick a crowbar through a plastic tank or go looking for trouble elsewhere on the machine.
