CAT D-Series Steering cylinder removal

Has anyone removed a steering cylinder from a 4wd 416/420/430D ?

Having difficult time getting the cylinder retainer nut to loosen. Using an appropriate spanner wrench, and with a cheater pipe as long as possible.

Another 416C Steering Cylinder Leak

Now just need to find the kit PN. Not listed in SIS that I can find.
