Hi team. Similar issue. I replaced the hydraulic steering pump. The original was a aluminum one which spawned a crack and started leaking a year after the spider gear came apart and hit it. However, with the new 50,000lb iron hydraulic pump installed we have an issue with the tilit function being delayed by around 3 seconds for both up and down. Any suggestions? The steering works 100%, no leaks now. But we've picked up this new issue. No error codes being produced. Feedback through the software happens the moment we adjust the tilt so doesn't feel like an electronic issue.

G..G..G..Granville.........!! Fetch your cloth.
Serial Number please.
Since replacing the pump have you tried calibrating -
1. Linkage sensors (Lift & tilt)
2. Cab control lever position sensors
3. Prorportional solenoid valves for lift/tilt functions.
All are done using ET.

980G-2KR04346 is the serial. No we haven't calibrated anything. We have access to Cat ET and a harness to interrogate the ECM. No codes are currently being produced, and the lift function seems to be 100%. Just the tilt up and down seems to be delayed by 2-3 seconds
