Anyone out there have one of the above or even a 42H 980 or 87A 988?

Trying to find out the number of turns for steering wheel to go from lock to lock, full left to full right turn.

All the above appear to use the same internal steering gear parts so I'm thinking they should all have the same number of turns.

Are those the machines with that linkage under the cab instead of the charlynn valve?

Yes the linkage mounted above the upper center pin and the somewhat "normal" looking steering box at the end of the steering column. Steering valve is more or less under the floor behind your right heel!
