Cat 3406 5EK Serial #31649

Looking for to see if this is a good number. There is a spot in the block that has a slight grind mark and the digits appear to be marked by a center punch. No tag anywhere other than on the aftermarket turbo.

I went to look at this engine today for a customer. I what I think were part numbers on the injector and the printed numbers on the tops are all different. Should they all be the same or not.

That number comes to a 3406E with unit injectors.

Those 4 digit printed numbers may be trim codes.
