Yes you are right - pictures were taken near Port Angeles in Summer 1982Always liked those LTL's, and Neah Bay is about as far west as your going to go in Washington State without getting your feet wet.
I think that's Ray Stockwells old truck from Sechelt. They made a gravity park for mountain bikes. Throw your bike in back of truck drive up and ride downI found this picture on the internet. An old Hayes dump truck from the 40´s being used for a mountainbike track.

Sadly I am pretty sure you are right. I saw her first time Way back in 2000 with a black Hayes Pete cabover. I was told that the old dump truck was rescued for restoration but now it well end up as junk. Well kids will enjoy her and she is getting her 3rd life. I went to Sechelt this Summer but could not find any Hayes. I was told there was a red Hayes cabover still running North of Sechelt. Does anyone know about this truck?I think that's Ray Stockwells old truck from Sechelt. They made a gravity park for mountain bikes. Throw your bike in back of truck drive up and ride down
Wow, a Skagit BU-99, from what I am able to see. Not too many of them around anymore, I only know about two at Sterling Breen Crushing in Centralia, WA and one at Wayne Stone Logging.

Actually I think that might be a 769 Cat and it looks like the pin hole for the dump body are on the frame at the back. Then again it could be a 773, been a few years since I worked on either of them to spot any details. Is that the Cat 969 tractor used as an off-highway logging truck? an
