HELP!!! LOL! Really needed this machine today, All wheel steer was important. Got to try to get it back up ASAP. Engine starts fine, when engaging hydraulics drives fine but no lift/tilt functions. Please advise. :Banghead

Did you get that problem solved as quick as you hoped ??? ……. It was the Lift/Tilt actuator that failed ??? … am I right ??? ….. I've replaced both on mine already, no big deal was a quick repair once I got the part in hand …… OBTW … there is no 39-13 code, not even in the shop manual, did you mean 38-13 ??? …
